Rooted Counseling & Consulting
Rooted in Healing, Growing in Strength.
Your Path to Emotional Wellness
Experiencing anxiety, grief & loss and trauma can leave many people feeling isolated, hopeless, afraid and disconnected from themselves and others.
I believe change is possible even though it can be scary and difficult at times. I recognize that every individual’s story and life is unique and believe that everyone deserves to be seen, understood and resourced in this journey.
Healing begins when we are rooted in what is ultimately true about us and our story. My hope is that the therapeutic space may be a safe and courageous space where you can experience growth, healing and hope moving forward.
No one should feel alone in this deep work. I would be honored to walk with you towards the healing and wholeness you are longing for.
